CAN I DECIDE WHAT THE HAND-WRITTEN NOTE SAYS?
Of course! After you complete your order on-line, we will be in touch via email to work out all of those details with you. So watch for an email from hello@adorngiftandhome.com

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Please allow at least one week for delivery. Gifted boxes typically process within 1-3 business days and are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. If you need your order on or by a specific date please email us at hello@adorngiftandhome.com and we will try our best to make it happen! Currently, we only ship within the United States.

MY ORDER IS A GIFT, WILL YOU PLEASE NOT INCLUDE THE RECIPT?
Of course. We will only include hard copies of receipts and/or packing lists by request.
 
I DON'T SEE EXACTLY WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR, CAN I CUSTOMIZE A BOX?
At 'gifted' we love to make things super special....customize is one of our favorite words.
Let us know your budget and if there is anything in particular you would like us to include and we will shoot you over some ideas of what we think would make just the perfect gift.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Due to the time and attention to detail we take in assembling your gift, all sales are final. We take great care in making sure your gifts get to you just as lovely as they left us. If there has been damage to your item(s) in transit, please notify us immediately at: hello@adorngiftandhome.com
